Wellbeing Programmes
New 10-week dementia support programmes designed to boost wellbeing and connections.
Wellbeing Programmes for Dementia
Chat, Make and Move and Mind, Make and Move are ten-week dementia support programmes at ReMind UK, designed to help people to socialise, make new connections and boost wellbeing. These support programmes are for people living with a memory condition or a diagnosis of dementia. Feel free to bring along a loved one to the sessions.
Varied activities include gentle movement, top tips from expert guest speakers, learning new creative, craft and music skills. No prior experience is necessary, just a willingness to try out new things!
People who are newly diagnosed with a mild-to-moderate memory condition as well as those who have lived with a diagnosis for longer are welcome to join, with or without a loved one.
See the 2025 programme below and book your space!
“I have found the last ten weeks have been amazing! The activities have been fun! The people I have met have been great, very friendly, amusing and approachable. I feel more confident, and I have at last begun to re-find my lost creativity. It has been a wonderful experience, thank you.”
“I am making friends now. It is just nice to meet people and talk and listen, so nice to have people you can talk to. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful smells from the aromatherapy session during our activities. I have also enjoyed the crafting and visiting the museum.”
